Lemon Oil

Lemon Oil has a refreshing effect and protects against colds and flu. It helps against acne, is antiseptic and prevents itching and swelling from insect bites. It reduces unwanted subcutaneous fat. It can be used as a food flavoring, for example when making cakes.

Ingredients:
Lemon, vegetable oil.

Usage:
Internal use: 3 times a day, gargle 2 drops in a little water with possibly some honey and swallow.
External use: massage a few drops onto the skin. If necessary, use it together with a few drops of Sweet Almond Oil.
